Shipping Policy

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and United States.

Delivery to United States usually takes 5–9 working days from payment, including the time to prepare your parcel.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we email you the tracking number.

Delivery is free for orders over $170. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown in your bag before you pay.

For delivery to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, prices on emes.you include VAT, customs duties and import taxes (Delivered Duty Paid). You have nothing more to pay on delivery.

For delivery to Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland, prices do not include that country's import VAT and duties. The carrier collects them from you on arrival; the checkout shows this before you pay.

If a carrier asks you to pay duties or taxes on an order to the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, contact us before paying. If you have already paid, we reimburse you.

We work with international courier and postal partners. The carrier for your order is named in the dispatch email.

Customs checks can occasionally add a few days. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after the expected date, write to hello@emes.you: we open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we contact you to arrange a new delivery at your cost or a refund of the items.
