Returns and Refund Policy

You can cancel your purchase and return items within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive them. This applies in every country we ship to.

1. Write to hello@emes.you with your order number and the items you want to return, or send us the cancellation form below.

2. Within two working days we reply with the return address and instructions, including the customs note to put on the parcel so that no duties are charged on arrival.

3. Send the items within 14 days of telling us, with your order number inside the parcel. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.

Returns go to our returns centre: Kraków, Poland, for orders delivered in Europe, and Florida, USA, for orders delivered in the United States. We send the exact address with the instructions.

Please do not send a parcel before we reply, so that it reaches the right address.

You pay for sending the items back.

If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid for it. Duties and taxes that were included in the price are refunded together with the items.

Please return items unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. You may try them on as you would in a shop.

If an item has been handled beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund by its loss in value.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and underwear can be returned only if their hygiene seal or protective packaging is intact. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used, free of charge.

We may wait to refund until the items reach us or until you send proof that you have shipped them, whichever comes first.

To get another size or colour, return the item and place a new order. This way the piece you want is reserved for you right away.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, write to hello@emes.you with photos as soon as you notice. We cover the return cost and send a replacement or refund you in full.
