Terms of sale and use

The store emes.you is operated by MS Ukraine LLC (ТОВ «ЕМЕС УКРАЇНА»), company code (EDRPOU) 46229967, registered address 40 Hlybochytska St., premises 60, Kyiv, Ukraine ("EMES", "we", "us").

You may browse the site and place orders if you are at least 18 years old, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Please do not try to disrupt the site, access it without authorisation or use its content for commercial purposes.

We show our pieces as accurately as we can; colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you ship to. For delivery to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States they include VAT, customs duties and import taxes. For delivery to Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, import VAT and duties are charged by the destination country and paid on arrival; the checkout tells you so before you pay. Any delivery cost is shown before you pay.

After you place an order, we send an email confirming that we received it. The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

We may decline an order if an item is no longer available or if a price was obviously wrong. In that case we refund any payment in full.

You pay at checkout with the methods offered for your country: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

Payments are processed by licensed payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

We ship from our atelier in Kyiv, Ukraine. Delivery times, costs and duties are explained in our Shipping Policy.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How it works, what it costs and the exceptions are explained in our Returns and Refund Policy.

If a piece is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the consumer law that applies to you. In the European Union this legal guarantee lasts at least two years from delivery; in the United Kingdom and the United States your statutory rights apply.

Write to hello@emes.you with your order number and photos, and we will cover the cost of returning a faulty item.

All content on the site, including photos, films, texts and the MS and EMES marks, belongs to MS Ukraine LLC (ТОВ «ЕМЕС УКРАЇНА») or its licensors. It may not be reused commercially without our written permission.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carrier or customs disruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.

We may update these terms. The version published on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
